And, think, 20 years down the road when your cubical colleagues are hitting their walls about "what am I doing with my life," you will already have been intricately involved in something well beyond yourself. And, besides, it was just smart all the way around with the career situations you were given. No telling what new horizons there will be at the end of the child-rearing career! BTW, I'm jealous! I thought I would have my own children by now and so I am living vicariously! Just consider yourself ahead of the curve. And, think, 20 years down the road when your cubical colleagues are hitting their walls about “what am I doing with my life,” you will already have been intricately involved in something well beyond yourself. And, besides, it was just smart all the way around with the career situations you were given. No telling what new horizons there will be at the end of the child-rearing career!
